I have experienced my first Wiki sandbox posting! I think I did it correctly but I am unsure of why everything was related to a dog in the postings! Oh well, it gets people talking...
I also created a wiki with PBWiki and am enjoying exploring it and making changes...

I enjoyed your comment to the sandbox portion of the Classroom 2.0 wiki. I haven't completed Week 7 Thing 17 because I can't believe they want us to add to the existing story. I had a much better experience successfully using a wiki just a few weeks ago for my Masters program.
Are your students ever required to write reports in PE? If so, and they are allowed to work in groups-- then the wiki could be a way for them to collaborate on the report.
